Pre-Commission Cleaning

During the last decade, there have been many significant developments and advances in system control technology of heating and chilled water systems. 

System contaminates such as mill scale, jointing compound and building debris will inevitibly be found in newly fabricated heating and cooling pipework. If allowed to remain, these contaminants will make the system prone to late commissioning (balancing) valve stem / pump damage and blockages throughout.
